Laundrify operates laundry pickup and dry cleaning services across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This Privacy Policy explains, in general terms, what information we collect when you use our website (laundrify.ae) and our service, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

Information you provide to us

When you book a pickup, through our website form, by WhatsApp, or by phone, we collect the information you share with us. This typically includes:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address (optional)
• The pickup address you provide
• The service you'd like (e.g. wash & fold, dry cleaning, specialty)
• Any notes you add about your laundry

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we use standard web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. This may include:

• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• Approximate location (based on IP address)
• Device and browser type
• Referring source (e.g. search engine, social link)

This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors by name.

• Our team. Authorised members of our team need to see booking information to deliver the service.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies and consent

The first time you visit our site we show a cookie consent banner with two options: Accept or Decline. We do not load any analytics or tracking cookies until you accept.

If you accept, we load Google Analytics 4 to measure pages viewed, time on site and broad audience information (country, device type). Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymisation. Your choice is stored on your device using browser localStorage so the banner does not reappear on every visit.

If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and Google Analytics is not loaded. The site still works in full, including booking a pickup. Your decline choice is also stored on your device so the banner does not reappear.

You can change your decision at any time by clearing your browser's site data for laundrify.ae, after which the banner will appear again on your next visit. Essential cookies (such as those that remember your menu state) are always permitted because the site cannot work without them.

Your rights

Depending on the laws that apply to you (including, where applicable, the United Arab Emirates Personal Data Protection Law), you may have rights regarding the personal information we hold about you. These commonly include the right to:

• Ask what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
• Ask us to delete information we no longer need
• Withdraw consent for processing where consent was the basis for that processing
